SCHOOL PROGRAMS

As a teacher of puppetry, Sarah Frechette is imaginative, humorous and fun for all ages! Sarah teaches a variety of puppet styles including marionettes, shadows, hand puppets, rod puppets, masks, acting with puppet and even "found object" theater - where ordinary gadgets become
characters.

As the artist collective "Night Shade Dynasty" we blend illustration, masks, puppetry, music and light into a bewitching form of cinematic theater.  During the weekend of July 26 & 27 2008 we performed our shadow play at Liberty Hall in North Portland, OR.

"...the artist collective Night Shade, bring their creepy, fascinating style of puppetry to liberty hall..." writes Inara Verzemnieks, The Oregonian
